The Grange Guest House offers good quality bed & breakfast accommodation for business travellers and tourists in Witham, Essex.

Your hosts, Chris & Roni are experienced business travellers and have applied the same principles used by the top hotel operators. We understand you need to know that everything will be easy. You want easy access to local services and transport links. And most of all, you want to feel relaxed and welcome.

At The Grange Guest House we provide this. All our rooms have en-suite bathrooms and complimentary Wi-Fi. We have a chalet-style open plan dining room where you can enjoy your evening meal or relax by the fire. Breakfast is a special occasion at the Grange. We use top quality meats supplied by master butchers Holts of Witham who recently won Essex Food and Drink Award.

After breakfast it is only five minuted drive to the industrial estates in Witham, the A12 or less than 4 minutes walk to Witham Rail Station, where trains to London run every 10 minutes with a journey time of 45 minutes.

We offer a choice of king-size, standard double or twin bed rooms. All our rooms have en-suite bathroom with a power shower as well as LCD TV's with freeview, tea/coffee making facilities and are spacious and simply decorated to ensure your stay is as comfortable as possible. We can provide a supplementary bed if needed at a surcharge.

We have a ground floor room with disabled access and a wet floor shower which is suitable for a wheelchair / disabled user. It also has a small electric cooker for anyone needing long stay accommodation.

We are here to serve you, not to tell you how to behave. We offer totally flexible arrival and departure times and you can enjoy a cooked or continental-style breakfast at the time of the morning that suits you. And if you are arriving late at night, perhaps after a long, tiring car journey, we will even prepare a snack for you upon arrival.

In our first year we were assessed as a four star Guest House. We have since improved our facilities by providing en-suite bathrooms in all our rooms. However, due to the high charges we no longer participate in the Tourist Board assessment program. We hope you will agree that it better to spend money on our facilities than being assessed.
