On the golden sandy beach at Walton near Clacton and only just over an hour from London, this beautifully restored, listed Georgian apartment is just a few steps from the yellow sands. It has a huge living area approximately 20' x 16' directly overlooking the beach through the huge arched original Georgian sash windows, with feature marble hearth and fireplace, high ceilings, chandeliers, solid pine flooring and open plan kitchen area. Be lulled to sleep by the sound of the sea in your ears!

There is a large Jacuzzi bath with shower, perfect to relax in after a hard day sunbathing on the beach or an out-of-season stroll to the Naze. All essentials are in the new kitchen area. White gloss kitchen units, microwave, oven, fridge with freezer section etc have all been built in to the original arch. Parking is never a problem as you can park in front of Seashells.

Seashells is a one bedroom apartment comfortably sleeping 4, with a double bed settee and also a huge leather corner sofa in the living room (also great to sleep on hence sleeps up to 6!). This apartment has been tastefully and sympathetically restored over many months and offers its guests quality relaxing modern comforts.

Overlooking and just a few steps from the golden sandy beach, more a place you would want to live than a rental property! You can walk for miles along the sands to the Naze or to Frinton and on towards Clacton. Ideal for a holiday with the kids or a relaxing weekend, grown ups only!
