The Terrace Guest House is centrally situated in an elegant Grade 2 listed Georgian terrace overlooking the Thames Estuary and gardens, close to the beach, main shopping area, restaurants, bus and railway stations.

Double & Twin Rooms
These comfortable rooms have either a large double or two single beds and are all equipped with Tea & Coffee making facilities, central heating and remote controlled televisions. Some rooms have en suite facilities and a view of the Thames Estuary.
We have 3 double rooms.

Single Rooms
These rooms have a comfortable single bed and are all equipped with Tea & Coffee making facilities, central heating and remote controlled televisions. Some rooms have en suite facilities and a view of the Thames Estuary.
We have 3 single rooms.

Family Rooms
These large rooms have a double bed & single beds and can sleep up to 4. All equipped with Tea & Coffee making facilities, central heating and remote controlled televisions. Some rooms have en suite facilities and a view of the Thames Estuary.
We have 3 family rooms.

En Suite
For the rooms that have en suite facilities, you can expect a bath, shower, fresh towels and toiletries. Rooms without an en suite all have wash basins, towels and mirrors.

Balcony & View
Our beautiful balcony is a great vantage point to enjoy the view of the Thames Estuary, The Pier and The Cliff Gardens. The rooms at the front of the building all share the view.

Included in your stay is a Full English Breakfast. A continental or vegetarian option can be substituted by prior arrangement.
