The 3 Hill Farm Holiday Cottages are situated in the gardens of a working farm, they offer fabulous views over the delightful village of Ashdon and some of the finest rolling countryside in the heart of East Anglia, on the borders of Cambridgeshire, Essex and Suffolk. They are within reach of historical cities such as Cambridge (12 miles) and Colchester, Stansted Airport (14 miles), stately homes, picture postcard villages, beautiful local walks, coastal resorts and the exciting attractions of London.

The three newly converted, brick built, single story self-catering cottages sleep 2/4/4, they are regularly inspected by Visit Britain and provide good 3 Star rated accommodation. Each is well equipped with comfortable furnishings of neutral colours, open-plan living areas, wireless internet, full central heating, double glazing, flame effect fires, private parking, all laundry facilities, enclosed front and back gardens, books, games, an information folder with tourist leaflets and maps of local walks. A garden hot tub with relaxing massage jets is available at a small extra cost.

Walkers, cyclists, couples, tourists, business users, families with children, families relocating or if you are visiting friends in the area, everyone is assured a warm welcome by the owners who live on site. All cottages are reasonably priced between £180 to £280 per week. The prices include wireless internet, electricity, heating, all cleaning products, made beds, towels and a small welcome beverage pack. The cottages are let from Saturday to Saturday throughout the year. Longer lets are available at special rates, please phone for prices.

The cottages are within walking distance of the village shop, post office, pub and museum. At Hill Farm is a children’s Nursery School, child care sessions can be arranged, also in the locality there are facilities for child care play schemes during school holidays. In Saffron Walden (3 miles) the nearest market town, you will find excellent shopping, places to eat, and the nearest tourist office.
