Loughton Festival Sponsorship Pack

The Loughton Festival - An Annual festival of walks, talks, music and literary events.

The Festival began in 2007 and runs for six weeks in the Loughton area.

Organised entirely by volunteers, the Loughton Festival celebrates the history and talent of local people, both in the past and in the present.

Each year the festival volunteers raise money for a local charity. In 2012 we will be raising money for Haven House Children's Hospice in Woodford Green.

Estimated attendance, including those attending our partnership events, runs into the thousands.

15,000 programmes distributed, courtesy of Haslers Chartered Accountants & Business Advisors.

In the first eleven months of 2011, our website registered 13,657 hits!

Event Sponsorship includes:

• Company name incorporated into the event title, as long as agreed prior to the date that the programme is sent to the printers (January 2012)
• Company logo alongside the event on our website (must be submitted as a jpg)
• Company name listed as a sponsor on our website
• Company name listed on any posters created for the event
• 4 Complimentary Tickets
• Company acknowledged in all pre and post-event press releases (we cannot guarantee these will be published by the local press)

• Variety Show costing an estimated £800 if we use semi-professional / amateur players. To include venue, performers and the hire of sound and lighting
• Hire an exhibition space for an art exhibition / display. This has not yet been costed, but we have local artists already interested in exhibiting their art work
