Shriek Week at Colchester Zoo
Come and enjoy the Spooky Fun at Colchester Zoo this Halloween!
Colchester Zoo’s Shriek Week is guaranteed to be full of ghoulish fun, with a full schedule of events including a range of special shows, displays and competitions.
Shriek week runs from Saturday 23rd October until Halloween itself, Sunday 31st October, with three special late nights taking place on Wednesday 27th, Friday 29th and Sunday 31st for those that dare to stay out! The late nights will include extra activities after dark, including a spooky road train, Ghost Walks around the All Saints church ruins as well as the chance to see some of the animals including the tigers and aardvarks at night!
Visitors during the day will be able to enjoy a walk through the Haunted Forest from 12.00am until 4.00pm, as well as Merlin’s Magical Fancy Dress party and a range of Halloween themed displays throughout the week such as a ‘Grimm Tale’ at the Wild About Animals Theatre.

With all this to enjoy make sure you don’t miss all the scary fun at Colchester Zoo this Halloween, you’d be a ghoul to miss out!
