Welcome to PECKISH@Harlow, the new and exciting street food market to come to Harlow this Easter weekend, Good Friday, Easter Saturday and Bank Holiday Monday from 10.00 - 16.00, with some of the very best in street food from around the country along with buskers and street musicians playing for your pleasure.

The Clavering Arts & Craft Show
Original Art will be exhibited and available to purchase in the main hall from Saturday 4th April to Monday 6th April 2015 from 11am to 5pm.
The Craft Marquee Saturday 4th April 11am - 5pm for the first time this year we will be hosting a Producers Village. Meet traditional farmers, kitchen table bakers, artisan chocolatiers, brewers and wine makers, and of course, sample their delicious offerings before you buy them to take home, perfect preparation for an indulgent Easter Sunday.
Sunday 5th April to Monday 6th April 11am - 5pm we will be celebrating the wonderful variety of makers, crafters, designers and producers that our area has to offer from companies that cannot be found on the high street. We believe that handmade items are keepsakes that should be treasured year after year and that the quality of craftsmanship is truly invaluable. There will also be an Easter egg hunt and other activities held for the children over the weekend, more details to follow.

Thousands are expected to flock to Lower Castle Park right in the heart of Colchester over the weekend of 18 and 19 April 2015 for the annual Town & Country Show and Oakleigh Fairs, who organise the event, say that this year the show is offering even more family entertainment than ever, including a children's farm where your little ones can meet lots of Spring baby animals!

The Weald Country and Craft Show
The Weald Country and Craft Show will be bringing many new and exciting attractions this year from the amazing Stunt Monkeys with top British Riding Team to the wonderful World of Birds demonstrating flying with vultures, storks and parakeets.
We will again be supporting small producers and adding to our Food and Drink Markets, the Classic British Bake Off and most importantly our children's Horticultural Tent. Throughout the day there are many exciting cookery demonstrations from some fantastic Chefs and a talk area packed full of interesting talks. The show that will be attractions, professionals and celebrities, fantastic talks and demonstrations, and don't forget to buy yourself a little something special from all our fabulous trade stands. Demonstrations from Rural Crafters and supporting local and handmade.
The FESTIVALS OF DOGS will be there again this year with many new and exciting things. With over 25 classes daily which you can enter throughout the day as well as Dog Agility and two main rings, so much for all our four legged friends.
The show, taking place on the 1st and 2nd May will host live demonstrations across five rings which will have an array of interesting, different and fun displays, including performances by many professionals, celebrities, trainers and experts.

Chelmsford Mind Body Spirit Festival

East Hanningfield Village Fete
A fundraising event for our local charity Hanna's Field, in support of our hall and field facilities. Also together with our church and school.
It is a traditional village fete, with lots of fun for the whole family. Stalls such as Tombola, hook a duck, face painting crafts. Homemade cakes and refreshments. Beer tent. Live family entertainment, children's choir. Rio races for children. Meet and greet 'The Queen' at the crown competition. Bouncy castles, rides, dancing display, throw wet sponges at the stocks! Also a wide selection of books for sale. A great day out for the whole family!

We are Handmade Contemporary Summer Craft and Design Fair
This Fair will be part of the Dunmow Flitch Trials, an event which takes place every 4 years in the town: www.dunmowflitchtrials.co.uk. The Craft Fair will feature over 30 makers and artists selling the latest in contemporary and vintage inspired items. Whether you're looking for a wedding gift; a new ornament or well-designed practical item for the home or a piece of quality handmade jewellery.
This event showcases quality handmade crafts, with makers selling a range of items to suit all pockets. Makers include textile designer Onz@Home; Gail's Glass; Barbara Russell Antique Bead Jewellery; Photographer MJB Images plus many more.

European Woodworking Show 2015
Welcome to the 6th European Woodworking Show (EWS 2015) at Cressing Temple Barns, Essex. The show is a mix of woodworking demonstrations backed by trade stands. The focus is primarily on hand tool skills although some small workshop machinery will also be on sale at the show. This historic venue is an attraction in itself and with good quality food & drink outlets dotted throughout the site for visitors to enjoy. EWS 2015 boasts the widest range of demonstrators to be found at any woodworking show in Europe. So if your interest is woodworking then come along to the show. Most visitors enjoy a full day (or even 2) as there is a lot to see as well as competitions to enter and judge, master-classes and timed demonstrations to attend, story telling for the youngsters, things to try and things to buy. We hope to see you at EWS 2015.

The Essex Craft & Design Show will be hosting its annual event at Cressing Temple barns at the end of September.
Craftsmen and designer makers will be showcasing and selling their work which will include fine art, photography, jewellery, ceramics and many other contemporary crafts. Not only is this an opportunity to view and buy work direct from the craftsman or designer maker, it is also a chance to visit these wonderful 13th century barns. The admission also includes entrance to the barns, grounds and Tudor walled gardens.

This event showcases quality handmade crafts, with stallholders selling a range of items to suit all pockets. Stallholders include Jewellery designer, Hawkwood Creations; Gail's Glass; photographer MJB Images and Cathy Russell, who will be demonstrating the art of quilling. Truly Scrumptious will be running the tearoom so visitors can sit down and enjoy some delicious homemade cakes with a cup of tea.

We are Handmade Contemporary Christmas Craft and Design Fair
This Christmas Fair will feature over 30 makers selling the latest in contemporary and vintage inspired handmade crafts. A relaxed environment for shoppers to find those special gifts for loved ones this Christmas.
Makers will be showcasing the latest in contemporary and vintage inspired handmade items, including jewellery, clothes, bags, pottery, soaps, cards, soft furnishings, home & garden-wares and much more.

Potter, Linda Luckin, will be demonstrating and chatting about her work as a studio potter. We are also looking at holding other demonstrations on the day.
