The Contented Sole chefs enjoy teaching and demonstrating their techniques and command of a variety of cooking styles. Everyone is welcome including novices or professionals. £45 per person per session, we provide step-by-step tuition, recipe sheets, a two course lunch and a glass of wine. We teach 6 people per class - each class will have a different dish prepared from scratch, using fresh local produce.
