When you telephone 01206 800800 you speak directly to the driver of a Colchester Licensed Hackney Carriage that is available for hire. The driver can tell you how long he expects it will take him to collect you. That way you can be certain that your taxi will arrive, usually within minutes to pick you up. If for any reason the taxi is delayed (ie. excessive traffic) the taxi driver can call you back, directly, to inform you.

All calls are diverted to drivers mobile phones and therefore there maybe a delay in getting an answer to your call, while the service finds an available driver, please therefore be patient when calling. The first available driver will answer the call when it is diverted to their mobile. You only pay for normal call rate to an 01206 number.
